how is best to share zoho sheets (in business among team?

We are supremely confused by the integration logic of the zoho business, docs and sheets. Our 'use case' is simply that we would like different team members to be able to upload spreadsheets to a single place (zoho business?), so that we each have the same view to the most recent files. As if they were on a server, I guess.

But it seems as if maybe you need to one-off share each document specifically. Is there any reference that clarifies the sharing logic when you want the team to collaborate over the same source instances of documents? e.g., i upload/import some sheets, them my team member adds to those, cannot the file structure be publically viewed/updated among the team members?
