How secure is Zoho?

How secure is Zoho? The app seems to be good - but what about security. Can I have my own kind of encryption?

Also - as of now it is free. But will you charge in future? Be open and frank - if you want to cost it , pl say so up front.

Do not say it may cost in future - by small print. The net is like real world - it cheats many persons.

I am sure you people will be more honest or as honest as honsty can be. But if you want to be succesful - just follow this : Honesty is the best and the single policy which can ensure your success.
