Hello,

I have an issue applying blueprint on tickets that created from WhatsApp conversation, the tickets matches with the blueprint criteria but still we are not able to put these tickets into the blueprint.

I've tried with deferent type of tickets and I was able to, so the issue is with only these tickets that created from the conversation (IM module).

Any help?
