How to Automate Ticket Creation

I want to be able to have an Onboarding Process be Automated. So basically when they choose a specific request type from a dopdown field, in this case onboarding, I would like there to be either 3 seperate tickets created, one for each agent or department that has something to do for a new hire. So I would like either a Parent ticket that is an Onboarding ticket created and assigned to a team or agent along with a child ticket for a different agent or department with the same information. Or one ticket that contains tasks for each department. So an oboarding ticket comes in and one person needs to order uniforms for the new hire but a different department needs to update the company directory. How can this be accomplished automatically based on the request type?
