How to automate to automatically upload resumes to zoho recruit when I download the resume to a specific folder in my windows PC?

Example: Google Drive for Desktop does the same it uploads the files downloaded in the chosen folder

Is there any way that resumes download in a specific folder gets uploaded automatically in zoho recruit from windows PC??
