How to: Change skype parameter in lead dataset to tel

Hello,

is it possible to change the Skype-functionality in the Lead and Contacts datasets? At the of the phone number zoho adds "?call" which make the calling functionality useless if you are using a VoIP client instead of Skype. Can this "?call" parameter be deleted in the template?
