How to clear list Allows IPs?

Hi... I want to ask. I have account on ZohoMail with domain luckycoins.co.id. Before, I have setting Allows IPs on Control Panel features. Now... On my office, the internet IP has changed. I cannot login again with administrator account.
So... How I can login again? How I can clear list of IP range?
Please help. Thank you
