How to delegate a mailbox access rights in zohomail
Hi, From long time i am looking for thing function . In zoho mail Is there any option to delegate a mailbox access of one user to another user within the same organization. For example we have a employee who left the organization few days back so now we want to get access his mailbox so in this scenario i dont have option to delegate his mailbox access rights to his manager . I have to share the zoho login details of that user instead in this case currently or i have the option to move all the inbox email of that that user to different folder in zohomail and then share that folder with other user but its a time taking process. So i am looking for some other quick way
Like in Office 365 we have a option to convert a user mailbox in to shared mailbox and then we can add user to that shared mailbox so that they can also access it. If we can build the similar functionality in zohomail then it will be really good
