How to edit the nickname in front of my user name??

How to edit the nickname in front of my user name??

Example:  Bubba< username@domain.com

How do I change "Bubba" to a nickname of my own choosing?  For some unknown reason, my Zoho mail has taken the name used in my backup email account and slapped that in front of my username.  It is bizarre.
