I have a zoho form that is published online and is for a specific account. The form is integrated with the CRM module for contacts. When the form is completed a new contact is created in Zoho CRM. However, I can not assign the specific account name to the contact through the form integration. I need to assign the specific account name to the contact. I've tried creating a hidden field in the zoho form with the specific account name pre-populated. However, there is not a mapping option for the account name within the integration tab in zoho forms. I've also tried a creating a workflow based the hidden field but again there is no option to update the account name within the contact. I'm stuck. I'd be grateful for any help!
