I am trying to build a form to mimic the layout of the spreadsheet we currently use, so the request quantities are inputted into fields named by the Week Number.

I've tried using a SubForm to manipulate the field layout to line up horizontally, but the data then isn't stored properly.

If there's no way to create multiple columns in forms, do you guys have any suggested workarounds?
