I am new to Zoho, working with it since a while that's not since a very long time i have been interested into the configuration.

I am wondering, because I have a calendar into my prospect view with a calendar to get their appoitnement,I havec 9 persons who are working with this tool.

How can I see a calendar with the activityu of every body ?
