Is there a way to link survey questions created in ZohoSurvey to ZohoCRM?

It seems that the integration feature can only link survey responses.

I would like to achieve this other than by linking the PDF of the survey results to a record in ZohoCRM or by attaching the URL of the ZohoSurvey response confirmation screen.
