A number of question regarding EMAILS and ATTACHMENTS. 

1. Is there a way to link the ATTACHMENTS and EMAILS? Whenever we use the EMAILS, we always reattach the files that we already uploaded in ATTACHMENTS.

2. Then at the same time, is there a way for the files that we attach in the EMAILS to automatically be listed under the ATTACHMENTS section?
