We've just migrated our email hosting to the paid Zoho Mail service. We had a couple of issues and needed to contact Zoho support, but none of my logins were valid when trying to login to the Zoho Help portal:

Kept saying that the email/password is invalid, but i'm 100% sure they are valid as i can login to Zoho mail with those logins.
I opened new tickets without logging but there's no way to see if my requests were attended and i hadn't gotten any responses from Support at all through this method. So, i tried emaiing to
support@zohomail.com. Still no replies. The best luck that i had was calling the toll-free phone #. Got a couple of responses, but i tried to email back to follow up on their response, no replies.
Hey Zoho Mail Support, what's the best way to contact you guys? I had to resort to posting on this forum as i see that you seem more responsive on the forums than the other means.
