How to pass data through openurl link into an Embedded form (in Wordpress)

How to pass data through openurl link into an Embedded form (in Wordpress)

Any idea how to pass data into an embedded form? Preferably Zoho Creator form but I can use a Zoho CRM web form.

For example if I pass a link into a scheduled email - that says "Update Billing Information" I would like to pass the ID of the Company into the embedded form so the data links properly.
