I have a cell with an email address plus a text between parenthesis, like email@email.com (info)

When I type just the email, I am able to remove the hyperlink normally, but when I type the additional text I am not able to remove the hyperlink anymore, I need the cell with the email plus the additional text without any hyperlink.

Can someone help, please?
