How to set the respond mail address of as default to the mail address that had received the mail
Dear,
If I reply to any mail address that is connected to my account, the mail is by default sent from and reply to my main mail address. As it becomes unprofessional and confusing for customers if they receive a reply from a different company name, I would like to reduce that risk. Is it possible to set as default to sent from and reply to the same mail address as where the mail has originally been sent to?
On the mobile app there isn't the reply to button. Are the mails automatically sent back to the mail address from which I've sent it?
I don't see the need of separately filling in the reply to field. Could this be removed and automatically the same as the sent from field?
