I have a problem that if we are tagged in an Instagram post or a story, then that is seen as a message - which is all fine

however - an autoresponder is then sending a reply to the person that tagged us saying "please send a text message" - which I assume is because the message Insta sends is a picture of the post/story

I dont recall setting this up, and cant find any way to turn it off

anyone have any ideas??
