How to synchronize email activities, leads and other data in Zoho CRM and Outlook plugin for zoho crm

Hi, I have installed Outlook plug-in for Zoho crm. 
And i have synced contacts from zoho crm in outlook. 
Now I want to sync email activities in these both. Means When I send email from Zoho CRM, It should aslo be listed in Outlook, and If I send email using outlook, it should be in email related list in zoho crm contact object. 

How I can do this? 
And furthur, Can i sync Leads from Zoho CRM in outlook plug-in?
