Dear Madam/Sir,

For a while we are using the Zoho CRM Outlook Plug-In and we encountered a problem that we can not solve.

We want to synchronize our Zoho CRM contacts with our Outlook Contacts but none of our Zoho CRM users manages to synchronize all contacts. each one manages to synchronize the contacts he/she owns.

We read that data sharing rules might solve our problems but we are looking for a solution in Zoho CRM Professional.

Can you help us with any indication/suggestion/solution?
