How to toggle conversation view

Hi all,

I'm totally new to Zoho, and currently testing it as a solution to move my account from Gmail (and it's new privacy-tracking policy)... I'm trying to enjoy the "threaded view" on Zoho, but it doesn't seem to work. It's a feature I really liked on Gmail, and I'm really looking for a mail solution with this feature.

A friend sent me an e-mail, and I replied, asking him to reply again, and as he did, his reply showed as a "new message" in my inbox, instead of having these "bubbles" (see attachment).

I searched the settings, FAQ and forums, but I couldn't find a way to "toggle" the threaded view. Is it supposed to be the default setting ?
