Hello guys, I'm creating this topic to try to find out how can I use Account's module's data as criteria to known visitors in my smart popups at Marketing hub.

Right now, I'm able only to choose leads' module. Am I missing any setup step? 

Anyway. I also have another question. Does Zoho Marketing Hub have a live chat between me and support team as CRM and desk? I really miss it, asking for help via e-mail takes too long.

Anyway, if anyone could answer me would be fantasitic!
