Good day,

I ask the question because I find customizing Zoho Desk extremely cumbersome and complicated, and when contacting support all the do is point you to a link. For the life of me i can't figure out how to implement a basic way for users to submit specific information when opening a request.

e.g. Request Wireless Access, When a user want to request wireless access they need to submit information like MAC address and purpose for the access. 

For the like of me i cant figure this out. 

If any one can help, it would be greatly apreciated.
