i am downloading email from my exchange into zoho mail, but then trying to connect to the zoho mail via imap

i am downloading email from my exchange into zoho mail, but then trying to connect to the zoho mail via imap

I am am able to get logged into the account on the ipad, but there is no mail there.  When I go to the zoho mail app there are 1000 emails in the inbox?


why can't I see the zoho email on the phone using the imap account settings:?
