I am the admin on the account with several alias. How can I give another employee access to my alias accounts?

I am the admin on the account with several alias. How can I give another employee access to my alias accounts?

My goal is to have a shared email account (i.e. Hiring@CosmicMaids.com) that we can both access and manage. How can I achieve this?

If sharing is not possible, can I simply have all incoming mail for my Hiring@CosmicMaids.com account forwarded to two email address? Mine and my employees?
