I am trying to link my Zoho mail to outlook

I am trying to link my Zoho mail to outlook

Hi I would like your help I am trying to link my zoho mail address to outlook and I am having no luck. When I go and click enable on the imap status and it says it is sucuessfully updated and then I try and I get a failure notice so I go back to the same place where I enabled it and it says disabled... Any Ideas on how I can get this up and going?
