I am unable to get details of channel using Zoho REST API https://www.zoho.com/cliq/help/restapi/v2/#Channels_Retrieve_a_channel

I see the following error.

Also, I notice that I am not able to view all the channels of my organization as well.
I only see a couple. Do I need any additional permissions for that.
