I can't delete these file!

I create some documents in Zoho Writer. Then, I copy these docs from My Docs to a new folder(I create it, and it's name is Provider). Then, I delete original docs at My Docs Folder.
OK, what do I get?
In Provider Folder, all copied docs is unaccessable, althought they are listed in Provider folder. Nor can I delete these docs.
