I can´t Sync Task between my Outlook 2010 and CRM

I have this issue since I install the software , the rest is functional and I can sync contacts,calendar , etc. is fine . I receive two pone calls from the Zoho support  but they can´t find a solution and I pay for the plug-in monthly .
