and followed every step, and each seemed to complete properly.

But when I go to the webpage in Internet Explorer, and try to do a mail merge, Microsoft Word is greyed out, only ZohoWriter is selectable.

And when I check the Manage Add-ons in Internet Explorer, there is no zohoCRM.Activex plugin.

However, on a separate computer on which everything is working fine, there IS such a plugin in IE (under AdventNet, Inc).

So I am guessing to the computer that is not working to work we have to get the ActiveX control to go into IE - but I have already applied all the security tweaks on the page linked above, as well as downloaded and installed the MS Office plguin.

So what do I do next?
