I cannot add organization members to zoho Business which they have email addresses.

I cannot add organization members to zoho Business which they have email addresses.



I've just create an organization in Z Biz.

When I tried to add a member with email ID like john.doe@example.com there was an error without any message.
 
But I have no problem with adding email ID like "john.doe", what can I do?
