I can't change payment subscription

I can't change payment subscription

I have checked all the tutorials you offer for changing my payment method for the subscription. However, I do not have the option 'subscriptions' in my account. What can I do to change my payment method? Could this be associated with the fact that I now live in a different country?

(Would love to keep my account but need support to be able to pay. Any info will be highly appreciated!)
