Our emails are unauthenticated, and when we log in in to our control panel we receive a warning message that we need to configure our SPF and DKIM.

We bought our domain 8fans.org from shopify and we can't verfify or edit SPF and DKIM since we get a message that says: We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 minutes for the changes to propagate and try again.
