i cant get my zohomail to receive email but i can send emails out - configured MX record already.

i cant get my zohomail to receive email but i can send emails out - configured MX record already.

i followed the steps to add the MX record to my godaddy hosting system but i still cant receive any emails but i can send out ones.

Anyone have a similar situation & solution?
