To download and install the Zoho CRM Plug-in

1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
2. Click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Other Apps > Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook.

so the only app I have is 'mobile app'.

where have the other apps gone?
