I have added my domain and it is verified, but I can't receive emails.

I have added my domain and it is verified, but I can't receive emails.

I can send emails, but can't receive them.  I sent myself an email from my Zoho account to another personal account and it delivers.  I then respond to that email and I receive a 550  No Such User Here error.  Help!
