I just got locked out of editing my account for no reason

This is not a good situation.  I have an enterprise account attempted to add a user, got message saying I had hit limit.  (which is not correct) and then suddenly I could not asses any editing of setup features of the application.  I am the only administrator for my application.

Urgent assistance needed.

Spoke to support.  Told fix can taken up to a day.  Given the subscription cost I would expect quicker resolution to a problem that should not have occurred in the first place.  This is the second major issue I have had with the application.  I am still awaiting resolution to the first on I raised.
