I would like a "user" option for custom Lookup fields.

In many cases, we will have more than one employee user assigned to an account or opportunity because the employee users serve different functions (i.e. Sales Rep vs designated Customer Support Rep). 

As a secondary feature request - when there is finally a "user" lookup field, it will be critical to be able to push email alerts and assign tasks to those users, regardless of whether or not they are owner.
