We are looking to trigger two URL’s (one for the update of a CRM and the other is for the Phone system to be triggered-Click2Dial) via clicking one button.
1. The first link will update the contact record in our system with the correct Zoho Contact_ID
2, The second link will trigger a click to dial for that client record
Is this possible?
