ical feed

I cannot get the ical feed to work in any of my calendars (goole, yahoo, iphone) - Also the export in CSV doesn't seem to work either - I also can't make it public, I want to see the info on my phone without being logged in, it says to upgrade but i'm already on a paid subscription and it does not tell me what plan I need to be on - all very confusing, this was supposed to make things easier! please advise?
