1.) If the phone number has ( ) - or . in it, the record does not relate to the call when you dial.  Can you strip the periods, parenthesis, or hyphens when doing a search so regardless of how the phone number was entered, it matches to the record?

2.) In the CRM list, right now it just displays the phone number as XXXXXXXXXX or however it was entered.  Can you format it so that there is formatting in List View?

3.) Can you add a click to call button in list view?
