Ideas for Zoho Chat improvement
For what it's worth, here I intend to list my ideas as a rather recent Zoho adept:
- It would be great if Zoho Chat could “remember” which service tab was selected the last time, and load this tab automatically when the chat tab loads.
- And could there be an option to make the chat status of the services visible inside the Mail tab? Maybe at the bottom, like the message counters.
- Ideally, it should be possible to assign custom names to the contacts of all services. If you have co-workers who insist on naming themselves things like (k)*(l)*i*wanna*run*away*with*u*baby*cuz*ur*my*everything*(l)*(k) on MSN, you'd see what I mean...
