Ideas for Zoho Chat improvement

For what it's worth, here I intend to list my ideas as a rather recent Zoho adept:
  1. It would be great if Zoho Chat could “remember” which service tab was selected the last time, and load this tab automatically when the chat tab loads.


  2. And could there be an option to make the chat status of the services visible inside the Mail tab? Maybe at the bottom, like the message counters.


  3. Ideally, it should be possible to assign custom names to the contacts of all services. If you have co-workers who insist on naming themselves things like (k)*(l)*i*wanna*run*away*with*u*baby*cuz*ur*my*everything*(l)*(k) on MSN, you'd see what I mean...
