Hello,

We would like to run a campaign to identify accounts who didn't have any ticket actvity since 4 months.

I tried to get this list of inactive accounts using Zoho Desk internal reporting system and Zoho Analytics but I couldn't aggregate the last activity date for each account in order to filter.
