Images

Hi,
I imported one of my documents into Writer and my Logo does not show up, only a balnk box where it should go. I opened the "Insert Image" from the toolbar and it asked for the URL of the image, which is on my hard drive, and I could not access the Upload Image action.
Could you tell me how to get my logo into the document?
