Images are not importing

Hi there - love the new features in Zoho 2.0! But I am having I suspect a small problem - I imported a .ppt file and none of the images imported. I tried just saving the images in each of the allowed formats to my desktop and then inserting, but they do not seem to upload properly there either, so of course, they don't insert - except for a small gray dot - which disappears after awhile. Very mysterious and probably something I am doing wrong .... any thoughts?
