IMAP Access Blocked

IMAP Access Blocked

It appears that my account no longer allows mail access via IMAP. I can authenticate on the SMTP server just fine, but IMAP always fails. I have two factor authentication turned on, and am using a app specific password. I have tried multiple mail clients (apple mail and airmail), and none of them can authenticate via IMAP.

From looking in the forums it appears that when certain unspecified limits have been reached, IMAP access is blocked. Can you please unblock my account?
