IMAP import option missing

IMAP import option missing

Hi all
I am a trialing Zoho email and as such am a free email user. I want to import all my emails from my current ISP to Zoho.
I can only see the option to use POP3 and this does not work for me as Zoho mail errors stating it can't connect to the ISP POP3 server, as well as folder structure is lost.

I would prefer to use IMAP, so found the following help page: 

Migrating emails from the existing email service to Zoho Mail

This site states:
  1. Launch Control Panel » Mail Administration » Email Migration
  2. Select Add Migration, to provide server details for migration

I can't find Control Panel or the option to add/import an IMAP account so I can't import my emails.
Does anyone know how to import these from an ISP (ISP uses POP3 and IMAP)
