IMAP & POP Access Disabled for New Free Basic Subscription
Hi,
I was recommended by a friend who is using the Free Plan and has IMAP and POP enabled. Based on his excellent feedback we migrated our emails from GSuite to Zoho only to find post migration that Zoho is not allowing IMAP and POP access for our basic free plan. However, the IMAP and POP access works for other friends in the Network who are using the Zoho mail basic free subscription. Not sure why such a disparity.
Request you to kindly enable the IMAP and POP access to our subscription.
