imo- account was disconnected

imo- account was disconnected

Hello!
 
I use the embeded chat on my class webpage for my students to reach me. I have the imo app installed on my phone. It has been working great!
 
Until today.
 
Logging in I get a message that says "Account msjepson@zoho.com was disconnected". I have signed in online. I have deleted and remade the account. Nothing is working.
 
Help!
